Following his graduation from Pittsburgh State University, Chuck went directly into the insurance claims profession. He eventually joined Farmers Insurance Group where he spent 30 years, 13 of them as Claims Supervisor. Chuck holds the Graduate of Claims Administration designation from the Insurance Institute of America and the Certificate of Law for Claims Representatives from LaSalle Law Institute of Chicago. He entered the structured settlement industry in 1998 and joined the precursor of Bridge Settlement in 1999.

Glen has over 17 years experience in the workers’ compensation and structured settlement business. Prior to working with Bridge Settlement Corporation, he worked as a legal assistant for a prominent Denver law office which specializes in workers’ compensation and liability claims. He then spent six more years working with another major structured settlement firm before joining Bridge. Glen is a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association and the Colorado Professionals in Workers’ Compensation organization. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Metropolitan State College of Denver and successfully completed the Certified Financial Planner Program.
Peter entered the structured settlement industry in its infancy as AVP of a major life company marketing structured settlement products. In 1984 he organized Settlement Options, Inc. for Continental Corporation and managed it as president for eleven years. In 1995 he became Regional Vice President for the CNA structured settlements department. Peter’s experience includes managing claims offices and training claim representatives and holding various technical and supervisor positions in the field for major P&C companies. He received his B.S. in business administration from Villanova University, and earned his Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation. He affiliated with the precursor of Bridge Settlement in 1999 and is an active member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA), currently serving on the Long Range Planning Committee.

After service with the Marine Corps, where he was awarded a Purple Heart, Joe spent 12 years self-employed in the automobile sector. He began his insurance career with Hartford Insurance Group in all-lines claim handling and then built his claim experience with Continental/UAC in regional claims and with the Home Insurance Company in excess claims and as territorial claims manager. Joe entered the structured settlement field in its infancy in 1981 and worked six years with one of the major structured settlement firms. In 1987 he established his own business, Joseph Long & Associates, which evolved into the American Settlement Corporation; in 2004 he changed the name of the company to Bridge Settlement Corporation. Joe has served as an elected board member of the industry association, National Structured Settlement Trade Association, was chairman of the NSSTA Workers’ Compensation Task Force, and also served on the Long Range Planning Committee of NSSTA. He has earned his Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation, and has been a speaker for IAIABC, AASCIF, NSSTA and many state self-insureds associations. Joe is well known in the industry for his expertise in workers' compensation, environmental, medical malpractice and product liability structured settlements.

Susan earned a journalism degree from Samford University and a master’s in speech communication from the University of South Florida. After a brief period teaching school, she joined Prentice Hall Publishing Co. as a sales representative where she was named a Top Ten Sales Representative and chosen to train new sales people. She then joined Harcourt Brace Jovanovich as a product manager and later became an acquisitions editor. She was named senior acquisitions editor at Springhouse Publishing before joining the precursor of Bridge Settlement Corporation in 1991. Susan handles publications, marketing, trade shows and licensing for Bridge Settlement.
Frank has four years of experience as a financial advisor providing financial and insurance services to individuals. He has worked with individuals to create wealth and improve efficiency and effectiveness in their financial plans. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Long Beach and joined Bridge Settlement in 2005.
Greg joined Bridge Settlement in 2005 and brings over 11 years experience as an independent financial planning consultant providing investment and insurance services to individuals and small businesses. His experience also includes analytical, financial and managerial responsibilities in Telecommunications, Information Services and Manufacturing industries. Greg holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Oklahoma, a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Tulsa, and a Master of Business Degree from the University of Tulsa.
Daria was born in New York City but grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs. Daria received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Villanova University. She spent eight years working in the field of manufacturing with Tyco Healthcare and joined Bridge Settlement in 2005 where she is working closely with Peter Kuzma. She is married and has two young children.
