Structured Settlements
About Us

“We believe in well-planned
structures, placed with the right
Life Insurance Company,
with the right Assignee, using
the right Qualified Assignment
and closing paperwork that
will last a lifetime.”
Bridge Settlement has offices nationwide. We can be where you need us to be, at no charge to you, with people who have the tools to do the job. We offer our clients educational services, in-depth preparation and consulting, prompt and accurate quotes, hands-on negotiation and continuing service after conclusion of the claim with closing paperwork that lasts a lifetime.

Following the IRS Ruling of 1979, the young structured settlement business experienced rapid growth. Many of the Bridge Settlement Corporation consultants, coming from backgrounds in injury and property claims and litigation, entered the industry during its formative years and have grown along with it. There are scores of years of claims, litigation, risk management and workers’ compensation experience among the consultants of the group; the combination of these areas of strength makes Bridge Settlement the firm that can meet your needs.

Joe Long, President, Bridge Settlement Corp.

Joe Long entered the industry in 1981, and many of the other associates of Bridge Settlement Corporation weren't far behind him. The consultants of Bridge Settlement have settled liability and workers’ compensation claims with structures for the major casualty insurance companies as well as product manufacturers and state and local governments. We believe in well-planned structures, placed with the right Life Insurance Company, with the right Assignee, using the right Qualified Assignment and the right closing paperwork.
